Dating is like fishing

Those who have been out on the water together describe their experience as relaxing, exciting, playful and romantic.Of the one-third of couples who have never been fishing or boating on a date, 60 percent of women and 50 percent of men would be game to try.

But as if dating in the digital age of technology wasn’t hard enough, there’s a new term that could be putting your love life at risk and you’ve almost definitely experienced it without realising.

Conversation rarely got deep, but it was intimate time shared.

Now there's a reason to fish that I'll buy hook, line and sinker.

“I know it’s against your nature,” she said,”but when it comes to his kids, be a cat, not a dog.

You’re going to want to hug them and bond with them, but it’ll be better if you relax and hang back.

They think, "I just caught my own dinner (if my wife will de-bone it for me)." And if you consider fishing a sport - and some do - then it's a very democratic kind of activity. You put your bait out there; you see what bites; you catch and release, and trust there are OTHER fish in the sea.
